We strive for an ethical and respectful approach in all our business relationships. Our Code of Conduct is applicable in its entirety to all board members, employees and consultants of the Scandi Standard.
The Code of Conduct amongst others clarifies that there is zero tolerance to every form of bribery, corruption and anti-competitive practice. It also states that we must act in an exemplary and responsible way to ensure that information is managed correctly and any potential conflicts of interest is avoided.
We do not tolerate discrimination on the grounds of age, disability, ethnic origin, family status, race, religion, gender, sexual orientation, social origin and other personal characteristics.
A whistle-blowing function is set up in collaboration with an external company to enable the anonymous reporting of potential violations of the Code of Conduct.
